Remote Support Instructions
- Click the link to join a remote support session via ISL Online.
- Enter the 8-digit session code we provide you over the phone.
- Click “Join” to start the process.
- A download will begin automatically.
- Your internet browser should highlight the download (usually at the bottom or top of the window).
- If you don’t see it, check your Downloads folder in Windows Explorer once the download has finished.
- Run the downloaded file.
- Double-click the file to start the remote support application.
- When prompted, allow the programme to make changes.
- You may see a message asking if you want to allow this programme to make changes to your computer.
- Click “Yes” or “Allow” to continue.
