Remote Support Instructions

  1. Click the link to join a remote support session via ISL Online.
  2. Enter the 8-digit session code we provide you over the phone.
  3. Click “Join” to start the process.
  4. A download will begin automatically.
    • Your internet browser should highlight the download (usually at the bottom or top of the window).
    • If you don’t see it, check your Downloads folder in Windows Explorer once the download has finished.
  5. Run the downloaded file.
    • Double-click the file to start the remote support application.
  6. When prompted, allow the programme to make changes.
    • You may see a message asking if you want to allow this programme to make changes to your computer.
    • Click “Yes” or “Allow” to continue.
