Yes, we offer a 25% discount off all services.

Each virtual IT director on our team typically brings over 25 years of experience in IT and leadership, working with organisations across a wide range of industries and charities. Our directors are chosen for their technical and commercial expertise, as well as their approachable nature.

Clearly terms would need to be reviewed, but yes, absolutely.

We will come to your offices, we can operate remotely or a hybrid of both. We feel there’s a lot of value for both parties in face-to-face meetings and being on-site but we recognise there’s often clear benefits to doing some work from a distance cutting out travel time.

Absolutely! You’re always welcome to visit us. We have full meeting facilities at our Wakefield office (WF4 5HQ) and also at our London office in Euston (NW1 3DX). Just let us know in advance, and we’ll be happy to host you.

Whilst we have the skills, knowledge and experience to do so, we do not have the infrastructure or resources to provide a good enough offering. There are no plans to offer this in the future. Our main focus is the virtual IT director service.

The Virtual IT Director takes a holistic view of all IT operations and reports directly to the board of directors.

Yes. In fact, we’re very passionate that access to the internet and technology is a right and not a privilege. We setup the ‘Wakefield Technology 4 All Hub‘ 4 years ago where we take retired computers from businesses and generous donors, securely erase the data and pass them onto children and families in need, any good causes and schools.

This costs the recipient of the computer absolutely nothing including delivery and installation. Here is the link if you want to know more – https://wakeytech4all.co.uk

We assess each consultation individually and take a common-sense approach. Generally, we try not to charge for travel within the UK. However, for international travel, we do need to pass on direct costs, though we always aim to keep expenses reasonable. We certainly don’t want geography to be a barrier to working together.
